• Luxora acts as the tour operator/coordinator. We select reliable third-party suppliers but cannot guarantee their actions. Clients accept a degree of risk when traveling.

2. Assumption of Risk
• Travelers are responsible for personal possessions and should follow local safety guidance and guide instructions.

3. Medical & Fitness
• Passengers must disclose medical conditions that may affect participation. Certain activities may require a fitness level; refusal to participate does not warrant refund.

4. Insurance
• Travelers must hold appropriate travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and repatriation.

5. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxora’s liability for loss/damage is limited to the cost of the service complained of.
