1. Introduction
Welcome to Luxora Tours. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of luxora-tours.com and bookings with Luxora Tours (we/us/our). By booking or using the Site you accept these Terms on behalf of all members of your party.

2. Booking & Confirmation
• Bookings are confirmed once payment (deposit or full) is received and a confirmation email/booking voucher is sent.
• Any special requests (diet, accessibility, infant seats) must be noted at booking — these are requests only unless confirmed in writing.

3. Payments & Prices
• Prices shown are in [currency] and include items listed in the tour description.
• We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices for new bookings. Major changes before confirmation will be notified.

4. Cancellations & Refunds (summary)
• Free full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time.
24–48 hours before: 50% refund (or retention of 50% of booking price).
Less than 24 hours / No-show: no refund.

5. Changes by Us
• If we must materially change a confirmed booking (schedule, guide, vehicle) we will notify you and offer: (a) a suitable alternative; (b) a later date; or (c) a full refund if no acceptable alternative.

6. Force Majeure
• We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by events outside our control (government actions, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, war, extreme weather). We will offer alternatives, credits, or refunds at our discretion. Adventure Alternative

7. Health, Passports & Visas
• Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, vaccinations, and entry requirements. We recommend travel insurance covering medical evacuation.

8. Liability
• To the extent permitted by law, Luxora’s liability is limited to refund of sums paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for loss/damage caused by third-party suppliers.

9. Complaints
• Report any issue immediately to staff on the day and follow up in writing within 7 days so we can investigate.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved in Egyptian courts unless otherwise agreed.
