Booking Policy
1. How to Book
• Online via website, email, or phone. Bookings require full payment or a deposit (as stated per tour).
2. Required information
• Full name as in passport/ID, nationality, DOB, passport number for certain tours, contact phone/email, pick-up details.
3. Changes after booking
• Name changes or itinerary modifications must be requested in writing. Fees may apply. We cannot guarantee same-day changes.
4. Payment Methods & Currency
• We accept [list gateways]. Payments are processed in [currency]. Exchange rate differences on third-party refunds are not the responsibility of Luxora.
5. Confirmation documents
• You will receive an electronic voucher/confirmation. Present this at pickup or on arrival.
