Refund & Cancellation Policy — Luxora Tours
Scope & Applicability
Applies to all bookings made with Luxora unless an alternative cancellation term is explicitly stated at booking (e.g., private charters, peak-season bookings).
1. Standard Cancellation Scale (flexible, competitive)
• >48 hours prior to start time — 100% refund (minus any payment processor fees).
• 24–48 hours prior — 50% refund.
• <24 hours / No-show — no refund.
• If you choose to reschedule >24 hours before, we will attempt to accommodate subject to availability (possible price difference).
2. Special Cases & Peak Dates
• Peak season, private tours, or third-party supplier bookings may have stricter terms (published at time of booking).
3. Cancellations by Luxora
• If Luxora cancels for reasons within our control, you’ll be offered an alternative, credit, or full refund. If cancelled for force-majeure, we’ll offer alternatives or credit; refunds may be reduced where third-party suppliers retain costs.
4. Refund Process
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 14 business days (time depends on payment gateway and issuer). Processing fees retained only if paid by third-party and non-refundable; Luxora will disclose any retained fees.
5. Travel Insurance Recommendation
• We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and evacuation.
